On April 19, 2023, within the framework of the opening of the XXIX International Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists and Students “TOPICAL ISSUES OF CREATION OF NEW MEDICINAL PRODUCTS”, the winners of the comprehensive Olympiad of the OP “INDUSTRIAL BIOTECHNOLOGY” were awarded.
The comprehensive Olympiad, which was attended by higher education students of the Industrial Biotechnology study program, contained questions on the educational components “Molecular Biotechnology”, “Newest Technologies for the Production of Biological Products”, “Quality Assurance System for Biotechnological Products”.
The Head of the Department of Biotechnology Natalia Khokhlenkova presented the results of the Olympiad, thanked all the participants for their participation and activity and congratulated the winners, who were the 1st year students of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Technology and Management, specialty 162 “Biotechnology and Bioengineering” of the educational program “Industrial Biotechnology”:
1st place: Alexander Zubkov
2nd place: Oleksii Kashchenko
3rd place: Anastasia Charkova
All participants received certificates and gifts from the NUPh administration and the Department of Biotechnology.
The charitable organization “Charitable Foundation “Industrial Community of Ukraine”, a regular partner of NUPh in many educational and scientific projects, supported the winners of the Olympiad with a cash grant. In her welcoming remarks, the curator of the foundation, Svitlana Havrylenko, emphasized the importance of supporting Ukrainian youth and motivating their professional development.
