In 1986, graduated with honors from the Kharkiv Institute of Pharmacy (now NUPh) and received a diploma in pharmacy.

From August 1986 to September 2011, worked at the State Enterprise “State Scientific Center for Medicines and Medical Products” (Kharkiv) in the laboratory of parenteral and oral liquid medicines in the following positions: senior laboratory assistant (1986-1990); junior researcher (1990-2003); researcher (2003-2007); senior researcher (2007-2011).
From September 2011 to September 2019, she worked as a senior researcher at the Research Laboratory of Parenteral and Oral Liquid Medicines of the National Academy of Sciences.

At the same time, from September 2014 to September 2019, worked at the Department of Biotechnology of the National University of Pharmacy as an assistant (2014-2015), associate professor (2015-2019).

In November 2006, defended her PhD thesis on “Development of the composition and standardization of industrial technology of cardiovascular drugs for parenteral use based on aspartic acid salts”.

In September 2015, received the academic title of Senior Researcher in the specialty “Drug Technology, Organization of Pharmaceutical Business and Forensic Pharmacy”.

Co-author of 20 patents, 1 monograph and 93 scientific papers (abstracts and articles).

D. in Pharmacy N.V. Dvinskikh took an active part in the implementation of important research projects recognized as priorities according to the Comprehensive Programs approved by the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The most significant results of the scientific activity of Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences Dvinskykh N.V. are related to the implementation of research on the development of new drugs for parenteral and oral administration based on amino acids and other biologically active compounds. With the direct participation of Dvinskykh N.V., more than 20 medicinal products, including both original and generic ones, have been introduced into production at the enterprises of Ukraine and the CIS countries. Among them are: “Diphenate for injection” (CJSC “Biolek”), “Asparkam solution for injection” (JSC “Galichpharm”), “Potassium and magnesium asparaginate solution for infusion” (Lvivdialik), “Cardioarginine, solution for injection” and “Cardioarginine, syrup” (LLC “FC “Zdorovye”).

Currently, he is an associate professor at the Department of Biotechnology at the National University of Pharmacy. She lectures, conducts laboratory and seminar classes for students majoring in Biotechnology and Bioengineering, Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy and Pharmacy on industrial technology, pharmaceutical biotechnology, regulatory support of biotechnology production, etc. She participates in the creation of work programs for the disciplines taught at the department, new lectures, in the creation of examination tickets, tickets for controlling substantive and final modules, etc. She supervised a number of students’ diploma and master’s theses.

For 3 years (2016-2018) she was an examiner in the State Examination Commission for the comprehensive bachelor’s examination and defense of bachelor’s theses in the specialty “Biotechnology and Bioengineering”, and in the State Examination Commission for the defense of master’s theses in the educational level “Industrial Biotechnology” and “Pharmaceutical Biotechnology”.
