The 24 of March, 2023 as part of the conference, a round table was held “Modern trends in the training of higher education applicants in the specialty 162 Biotechnology and bioengineering.”
The moderator of the meeting was Natalya Khokhlenkova, head of the department of biotechnology, professor, doctor of pharmaceutical sciences. Opening the work of the round table, conveyed greetings to all participants of the event from the rector of our University – Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Professor Alla Kotvitska.
The round table was attended by the vice-rector of the institution of higher education for scientific and pedagogical work of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, professor, Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences Victoria Kuznetsova, dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Technologies and Management of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, associate professor of the institution of higher education of the Department of Medicine Technology, candidate of pharmaceutical sciences Nataliya Zhivora, as well as representatives of other institutions of higher education and scientific research institutions that train students of higher education in the field of Biotechnology

Questions that were discussed at the Round Table meeting:
• Training of higher education seekers under martial law
• Academic mobility of students of higher education and teachers in modern realities;
• Improving the qualifications of teachers
Based on the results of the Round Table meeting, a number of measures aimed at expanding the opportunities for academic mobility of higher education applicants and teachers were proposed, as well as a range of issues related to improving the qualifications of teachers by professional direction were outlined.
